Butterfly valve 159 S09
(with inflatable seal)
The butterfly valve with an inflatable seal is used because of its special function, especially for abrasive media, adhesive powders and granules that must not be destroyed.
The advantage: When the disc is closed, the seal is inflated with a time delay - before opening, the seal is sucked back onto the casing by creating a vacuum.
As a result, the seal is subject to very little wear. Another positive effect can be achieved by inflating the seal - baked-on media can be blasted off the sealing ring.
Customer-specific structures for this butterfly valve can be implemented individually.
